Founder/Executive Director, Chandra P. Southern
Born in Brooklyn, NY. Raised in Raleigh, NC. She is a proud Alumnus of William G. Enloe High School (Class 1990). and Winston-Salem State University (Class 1994) where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing. She is a former volunteer of Big Brother/Big Sister, Girl Scouts of America, NCNW-GAMS Chapter, Fulton County CASA-VOP division. She currently holds a License in Cosmetology and Real Estate in GA/NC, Certification in Nonprofit Organization Management from Nonprofit University, Atlanta, GA. Certified and Authorized Facilitator/Educator of HIV/AIDS through American Red Cross, Positive Youth Development and Character Development Leader, (CSEC)-Child Sexual Exploitation Programs, Stewards of Children/Darkness to Light Child Sexual Abuse Awareness Curriculum. She is an active volunteer with the Fulton County DOJJ-Voices Project, Cobb County CASA, PTA, a dedicated wife, mother, and mentor. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, her sincere passion is to be a beacon of light and make a difference in the lives of young people. Delivered Vessels Inc. was a vision given to her from God. She believes that if youth are given the tools, knowledge and empowerment to make positive decisions with their future, it will help mold our society. She also firmly stands on the belief that "God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all we can ask or think". Without that faith, Delivered Vessels would not be here today.
Vice President, Lywanna C. Woods
Born in Brooklyn, NY. Graduated Hillside High School - Durham, NC June 1990. Graduated Winston Salem State University May 1994, BS – Accounting. Lywanna has always had a genuine compassion and concern for young women dealing with molestation and sexual abuse in their lives. Her concern has become a mission to make a difference in the livesof asmany young people as possible. For years she has worked mentoring young adults while fundraising with Teens-4-Change in Winston Salem, NC and served as a leader of the youth Step Team at her church. Lywanna is an avid reader so you can usually find her engrossed in her novel of choice. In addition, she enjoys cooking and writing poetry. Her goal is to educate people on the warning signs of sexual abuse and teach young survivors that they can overcome the pain and stigma often associated with this type of abuse. She wants young women to know that . . . "This does not have to define their futures and shape their decisions their entire lives".

Treasurer, Gretchen W. Fuller
Gretchen W. Fuller is the President of Warner Fuller Consulting, LLC, a business consulting firm that provides financial and operational management services that includes services such as financial and budgeting process management, operational management, interim management, policy and procedure development and vendor compliance audits. Her professional career encompasses more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, internal audit, operational and process management at Fortune 500 companies such as the General Electric Company and The Coca-Cola Company. Ms. Fuller has worked with multiple business components to minimize risks and develop solutions for improved change in the organization. These components include but are not limited to Financial Services, Marketing, Supplier Management, Manufacturing and Internal Audit. WFC is a certified AABE and FBE with the City of Atlanta, certified MBE with the Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council, certified WBE with The Women’s Business Economic National Council. Ms. Fuller is also a graduate of the General Electric Financial Management Program and the WEDA Mircoenterprise Initiative for Small Businesses. Ms. Fuller Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical College. Ms. Fuller is married to Steven W. Fuller and they have two children – Isaac and Naomi.
Board Member-Shyrona Rutherford
Shyrona Rutherford, a native of Port Arthur Texas. Graduated from Lincoln High School and attended Texas Southern University. She currently holds position as Admin Coordinator at Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mrs. Rutherford is a wife, mother, aunt to all, and a loyal friend. Very active with the youth in her community, she serves her community in various leadership roles. Youth Advisor at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church for 7 years, IIAM PTSA Executive Board 2010-11 as Secretary, engaged and active volunteer with Girl Talk Afterschool Mentoring Program sponsored by Delivered Vessels.
Ms. Rutherford’s desire is to help educate parents about the signs of childhood sexual abuse, assist them through their healing process and prevent them from carrying the negative effects that may follow them into adulthood.
Her motto is “Saving at least one child would be like saving the world.”

Board Member-Subrena Eaton
Joined DV in March 2011. She currently works in Operations for a Brokerage Firm in Charlotte, NC. Prior to joining DV, Subrena has been a volunteer for several non-profit organizations in the past and has served as a tutor for youth at a local church. She is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She resides with her husband, Darrin and her son, Braylon, in Charlotte, NC.
