President/Founder, Chandra P. Southern
Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Raleigh, NC.
Chandra Southern is a proud alumna of Winston-Salem State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing. Ms. Southern is a Licensed Real Estate Consultant and of “A Delivered Vessel: The Journey to Forgiveness Through Self-Discovery.”
She currently holds a Certification in Nonprofit Organization Management, Nonprofit Accounting Essentials and is a Nationally Certified Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
She currently holds leadership positions with various nonprofit organizations including President of the Atlanta Chapter of the (WSSUNAA),Southern Region 2 Coordinator of WSSUNAA, supporting alumni engagement across South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee, Alumni Advisor of Scarlet Lace Dancers, a board member of the Powder Springs Community Taskforce, and former chapter President, Vice President and Co President of local National Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) for over 15 years.
Chandra served as an Ambassador for the International Human Trafficking Institute and Youth Spark. She is also an Authorized Facilitator/Educator in HIV/AIDS, Positive Youth Development, and Character Education Development, as well as a leader and certified trainer in awareness of programs and curriculum addressing Human Trafficking and the Sexual Exploitation and Abuse of Children.
In addition to her professional and community work she is an active member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Her sincere passion is to be a beacon of light and make a difference in the lives of young people. She firmly stands on the belief that
“God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all we can ask or think.”

Vice President, Lywanna C. Woods
Born in Brooklyn, NY. Raised in Durham, NC. Graduate of Winston Salem State University, Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Lywanna has always had a genuine compassion and concern for young women dealing with molestation and sexual abuse in their lives. Her concern has become a mission to make a difference in the lives of as many young people as possible. For years she has worked mentoring young adults while fundraising with Teens-4-Change in Winston Salem, NC and served as a leader and mentor of in Charlotte, NC.
Lywanna's goal is to educate people on the warning signs of sexual abuse and teach young survivors that they can overcome the pain and stigma often associated with this type of abuse.

Chief Financial Officer, Gretchen W. Fuller
Gretchen W. Fuller is the President of Warner Fuller Consulting, LLC, a business consulting firm that provides financial and operational management services that includes services such as financial and budgeting process management, operational management, interim management, policy and procedure development and vendor compliance audits. Her professional career encompasses more than 25 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, internal audit, operational and process management at Fortune 500 companies such as the General Electric Company and The Coca-Cola Company.
Ms. Fuller has worked with multiple business components to minimize risks and develop solutions for improved change in the organization. These components include but are not limited to Financial Services, Marketing, Supplier Management, Manufacturing and Internal Audit. WFC is a certified AABE, and FBE with the City of Atlanta, certified MBE with the Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council and WBE with The Women’s Business Economic National Council. Board Member of the Atlanta Business League Foundation and several other organizations.

She currently works in Operations for a Brokerage Firm in Charlotte, NC. Prior to joining DVI in March 2011, Subrena has been a volunteer for several non-profit organizations in the past and has served as a tutor and mentor for youth in the community. She is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
